- Subscription data: Your subscription status and purchase history, managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not store payment card information.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

- We do not collect your precise location.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or files unless you explicitly share them within a conversation.
- We do not store payment card or financial information.
- We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the app: Processing your messages through our AI infrastructure to generate responses.
- To manage your account: Authenticating your identity and managing your subscription status.
- To improve the product: Aggregate, anonymized usage analytics help us understand how features are used and where to improve.
- To enforce our Terms of Service: Preventing abuse and ensuring fair use of the platform.
Third-Party Service Providers
To operate Awakened AI, we work with carefully selected third-party service providers. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their specific function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

- AI infrastructure providers: Used to process your messages and generate AI responses. Your conversation content is transmitted to these providers solely to produce the response you requested.
- Authentication providers: Used to verify your identity when you sign in. We receive only basic profile information necessary to create your account.
- Subscription and payment processors: Used to manage in-app purchases and verify your subscription status. All payment transactions are handled directly by Apple.
- Analytics providers: Used to collect anonymized, aggregate data about how the app is used. No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics events.
- Infrastructure and security providers: Used to host our backend services, protect against abuse, and ensure reliable app performance.
- Content enrichment providers: Used when you invoke features such as web search, YouTube analysis, or article reading. These providers process only the specific query or URL you submit.
Data Retention
Conversation history is stored locally on your device. We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Awakened AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
